Sanitary measures in stores

  • Hand washing upon entry is mandatory.
  • A physical distance of two (2) meters must be maintained at all times, inside the stores as well as in the line outside.
  • We thank you for paying by debit or credit card whenever possible rather than by cash.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or are in voluntary confinement, we ask that you respect your confinement and remain at home. Our employees are authorized to ask you to leave the store and use our online storefront.

Q&A Covid-19


1. I was suppose to pick up my order in store, what should I do now?

Please contact us and we will answer you as soon as we can.

Then you will be allowed to pick it up at our distribution center at 8600 Place Marien, Montréal-Est, H1B 5W8.


2. Can I pick up my online purchase at the distribution center?

Yes. It is possible to pick up your merchandise WITHOUT CONTACT at our distribution center (8600 Place Marien, Montréal-Est, H1B 5W8), from Monday to Saturday between 9am to 5pm.

What to do

  • If you have symptoms such as cough, fever, breathing difficulties, have been in contact with someone who has contracted Covid-19 or are in quarantine, please remain in self-isolation at home.
  • When you arrive, announce yourself and make sure you have your receipt with you.
  • Respect the government recommendations for physical distance between clients and staff, i.e. a minimum of 2 meters.
  • Face coverings are mandatory.
3. I used to pay my account in store, what should I do now?

You can now pay your account through your banking institution.

EconoMax card:
  • Go to the website of your banking institution. You must choose from the list of beneficiaries: Ameublements Tanguay
  • Please note that EconoMax and Ameublements Tanguay are part of the same group, which is Groupe BMTC Inc.
  • Then enter your account or credit card number starting with 453094
  • Proceed to payment

Accord D Desjardins card:
  • Go to the website of your banking institution. You must choose from the list of Visa Desjardins beneficiaries
  • Then enter your account or credit card number
  • Proceed to payment
4. I would like to pay the balance of my invoice before delivery, what should I do ?

Payment of your Brault et Martineau purchase (bill) without financing before delivery

On our payment platform:

  1. Go to mycaccount.braultetmartineau.com/pay-my-balance
  2. Enter your order number and the postal code used for billing, then click "Search".
  3. Enter your Visa or Mastercard credit card information, then click "Submit".
  4. A confirmation window will appear. When you click "Ok", you will be redirected to the home page of our site.
